Multi selection within Straight table

Is it possible to highlight multiple selection within Straight table in Qlikview ?

=if(PPIC_SGMT_NM=GetFieldSelections(PPIC_SGMT_NM),RGB(0,214,16),RGB(255,255,255))

The above expression would highlight only single selected value but I need Mutiple values to be highlighted in my selection.
