MultiBox not filtering

Hi

I'm new to Qlikview and I received a question to modify an existing dashboard.

I've added a multibox based on the field SLPNAME (a field we use to store the account manager) but the rest of the dashboard is not adapting to the selections. What am I doing wrong here?
