Multibox based on variable driven

I am using Multibox with Year column in it, say 2018 selected always one slected enabled.

Query is I ma using a Variable and buttons for changing Year - +1 and -1 (Ex: 2019  or 2017)

I have t achieve that it should change in multibox too.

You can not calculate multi-box using variable, Where you need to do back end but From Front-End it won't get into Back end.
