Multibox format

Hi,

I am trying to create a multibox to show the info for the various fields shown below:

Customer

Material

Description

Supplier

Offered

Ordered

The box display information correctly for the fields except "Ordered" and "Ordered". I have attached screenshot of the QV done and sample of the data file.

Can someone please explain what have i done wrong and the correct way to display the information. I'm new to this and trying out to have a better understanding.

Hello david lim,

Your applications looks fine to me. For the fact that the all the fields in your data has same value except for Ordered field. It contains two different values '0' & '1'. That's the reason the value for Ordered in Multi box is not appearing by default.

You need to select by drop down button.

I dont find anything wrong with your multibox. What is the issue. You are seeing a circle becos you have two distinct values for your Ordered field so when you click on it it will show 0 and 1 which is right. Am i missing something?

For all other fields it is showing distinct values accordingly.

Yes, you are right on point. I'm not sure on how to display the 0 and 1 in the Ordered field correctly. Is there a way i can display the values?

Not sure if we have that facility in Multibox, you might have to use some kind of Pivot to display that.
