Multiple Date based Ordering / Sorting

Dear Experts,

As per the requirement scenario 1, I need to show the Proposal_Date when the sum(Amount) was reaching 35K in one of the table chart.

Similary, In the scenario 2, i have to show the Received Date based on the same criteria.

Please provide your valuable inputs to achive the below expected results.

Expected results:

scenario 1:

Customer -> 110        Acheived_Proposal Date  -> 22-04-2013                

scenario 2:

Customer ->110      Acheived_Received_Date  -> 30-04-2013
