My QlikView server is not running a QDS service. How can I run it ?

Hi,

My QlikView server (without publisher) is running DSC, QMS, QVS & QVWS.

My "Reload tasks" are all in "Waiting" status and never goes to running.

I think this is related ?

Any idea how can I troubleshoot this ?

Similar to what you attached - I do not have a QDS service.

Is your Distribution Service running?

Check at services.msc

I think the QDS [aka QlikView Distribution Service] the Windows service for the Publisher product which you do not have ?

OK, I was able to solve this.

Indeed the QDS was not working.

Actually apparently I never really installed it.

So I went back, modified the install, and got the QDS running - walla - now I can schedule my reloads.
