Need Help on ListBoxs

Hi Team,

I have table it contains some fields like A,B,C and Ect .But i want do some calculation to create new list box(z)  like below list box z;

In Z list box contains A,B,C.If select A means Both YES and NO.

How to do this calculation?

YES
NO

YES and NO ??? What are you trying to achieve. i got some idea but not fully

If i select A in Z list box. Automatically select A list box Both data(YES and No).
