Hi all I am new to qlikview Server . I need help with below questions.

• What are the multiple protocols defined for client communication with QVS?
• Explain different communication encryptions for Windows Client & AJAX Client?
• What is the use of Anonymous User Account in QVS?

As per my knowledge following are the answers of your questions.

Any Correction in it  is highly appreciated .

• What are the multiple protocols defined for client communication with QVS?

       Multiple Protocols for client communication with QVS are as follows

       1) QVP-It is encrypted ,binary  and communicates directly with the QVS  on port 4747.

       2)  QVPX-It is not encrypted ,xml,communicates  with the QVS using http/https through a web server.

• Explain different communication encryptions for Windows Client & AJAX Client?

       Diiferent communication encryption for Windows Client and Ajax Client are

       HTTP

       HTTPS

       *SNMP

       *Kerberos

       *NFS

       *DMS

     Value with (*) marked need to be verified.

• What is the use of Anonymous User Account in QVS?

       If Qlikview  Server is not within the same domain as the user clients ,so the logged on user is considered 

       as anonymous .

      Anonymous user requires  no authentication .
