Need help with Max date and sum set expression

Name:            Sale Date             QTY

X                   10/01/15                  5

X                   11/01/15                 10

X                   12/01/15                 15

Y                   10/01/15                  5

Y                   11/01/15                 10

Y                   12/01/15                 15

How do I get to a set expression of below result:

Name:            Max Date of Sale Date             Total QTY

X                   12/01/15                                       30

Y                   12/01/15                                       30

Just create a straight table chart with dimension Name,

then create two expressions

=Date(Max([Sale Date]))

=Sum(QTY)

create a straight table with below .

Dimension: Name

Expression1:   max([Sale Date])

Expression2:   sum(QTY)

Hi Kumar,

I already try that. But when you select both X and Y, it doesnt work. Because the expression will look for the max sale date across X and Y data. And return one max date.
