I need some help with the following case; I am building a dashboard for a TOPdesk module called Configuration management. This dashboard doesn't have much information on it, Create and ChangeDates for Hardware and Software, ID's and names of the objects.
The KPI I would like to create as a report in nPrinting is:
All objects that are changed in the previous period (=month) in a table that contains the last 12 months of this data. We have learned that we need to build a historical table but I'm not sure how to do this.
