Need to retrive multibox values,when pressing clear in menubar

Hi,

I need to keep one multibox values not to get cleared,even though if I press clearall option in the menu bar,can any one help me regarding the same

Hi

If you want to allow just to select one and always one value for a field it is easy:

first you need to select a value in that field, then you go to Properties->Presentation for the multibox,

and mark the "Always One Selected Value" box for the field.

(Note that you must first select a value, otherwise the "Always One Selected Value" box will not be possible to mark)

If you do this the field will never be cleared.

However this does not work if you want to be able to select more than one value (or no value) for the field.

Thanks,actually that wont work in my scenario,bcos that multibox holds a set of user details which we get the user  in runtime through a macro,so if I select that option only one user value is showing by default whom ever is entering,so it will be good if I can use this option in a macro ,so that depending on the user's the value get changed
