Need to send email to user when field is blank

Hi all,

Please find the attached image.

Emp No	Emp Name	Desg	Address	Ph.No
1	raj		chennai
2	nela		delhi
3	vena		madras
4	mahi		calcutta
5	rani		mumbai

in the above table my Desg and Ph.no  column dont have any values so i need to find my blank fields from my table and need to  email to my user like this

Desg	Ph.No

Any idea???

Hi,

In your QlikView desktop open the qlikview file and then

Go to tools --> alerts and fill in the condition. Also the mail server details and email ID.

This will send the mail to the mentioned email id when the condition is satisfied.
