New to QV. How do I build this table from txt?

I'm a brand new user to QV (just finished the training).  I have never used a BI tool before and this is my first experience. 

How do I build this table? 
I received a daily log file from 20 systems installed in our company.  Each log has details on disk usage only.  They are all prod dev boxes. 
This is the format of the file name ... ibm100.diskdata.Nov01-2011.  Each host has several disks and file systems.  My user wants to build a trend at the file system level to track disk usage.  This is the content of the files:

(Same data except activity changes in the column files)

Q. How do I capture this daily data in a QV table?

     How do I represent each filesystem per host in a table or chart?
