No Option to Edit Module (Macros)

Just started using QV today. I have been a lic key for Server Developer which appears to be an Evaluation Copy of QlikView. I am attempting to write a simple macro but I do not seem to have the Edit Module under the File menu.

PRODUCTLEVEL;10;;2009-08-25

SPECIAL_EDITION;EVALUATION;;

TIMELIMIT;VALUE;;2009-08-25

Does anyone know if this Lic above limits the functionality of QlikView in creating and editing Macos?

Tools > Edit Module.
