No connection error in first attempt to open dashboard only in Access point

Opening any document through access point at first attempt getting "No connection Error".

Document get open in second attempt.

Web server clustered is clustered load balancing .

When checked Audit Log getting error "Login Ticket not Authenticated".

Error is coming recently , earlier there was no problem
