No option of Security Tab in Document properties

Dear All,

I am using QV 11 and I opened application where I have to override security but did not find any option in document properties strangely.

When I open another app, I get the option of Security but not with one.

Please suggest.

It happens when the application has section access, and your access level is USER.  You need ADMIN access to see the security tab.
