No properties menu on right click in QV editor

I'm working on a dashboard that was created by a user who is long gone from the company. I am trying to edit the properties of a pivot table chart that has a bad calculation condition, but when I right click it, I get the following menu:

Detach

Clone

Fit Columns to Data

Print

Send to Excel

Export

Copy to Clipboard

Minimize

Maximize Help

Instead of this, I need the right click menu that goes:

Properties

Expand All

Collapse All

..

..

It's like QV thinks I am right clicking on something else. I'd rather not start tearing everything down since the layout is rather complex.

Does anyone know what is occurring here? Is there a way to get to the properties of that object if I can't even "pick" it?

Thank you both. I goofed.

As it turns out, the previous editor of this dashboard had unchecked privileges from the Sheet Properties screen Security tab.

I rechecked everything and now can edit Properties for my chart.

Make sure you are clicking on a dimension instead of an expression or the options to expand/collapse will be greyed out.

Lookup the objects (and this particular pivot) on the Objects tab of Sheet Properties. Select it and hit the properties button. this way you should be able to pinpoint the chart you're looking for. sometimes, object boundaries get overlaid resulting in some confusion.
