Not a Common PivotTable

Hi

I need to create a pivot table that shows pre-calculated values. This values are not the sum of the child values, instead, this valued are pre-calculated. How can I make something like this?

How should I structure my data-model?

In order to achieve this representation you need to make use of two Pivot tables

1.With the first half representation

2.with the total values as you required and you to place them adjacent one above the other to get this
