Object active inside container

Hi All,

I am looking for a macro which can activate objects inside two containers,

I have two containers in my app, and each has two chart objects. When i click on an object in container 1 the object in the container 2 should also get active,

Can this be done through a macro or any work around ?

It can't be done with clicking on an object in a container. You'll have to use objects that can have actions assigned to them like buttons or text objects. And if you do that there's no reason to use container objects anymore. Use the action to set a variable and use the variable in the conditional display expression of the chart objects. Attached is an example with two buttons, one of which shows/hides a multibox object. You can use the same method with your chart objects using buttons to show/hide the right combination of charts simultaneously.

thanks for your answer, i guess what i asked is not possible, i dont want to hide/show object.
