OnActivateSheet trigger help!

Hi All,

I wanto put a trigger at a Sheet Level - may be On ActivateSheet trigger.

SO that once the Sheet/Tab is clicked, another QlikView Document (QVW) will open up. I did apply that, but is not working on Desktop Mode even.

Mine is 11.2 SR7. Will the OnActivateSheet trigger work on AJAX?

Hello,

I'm using QlikView 11.20 SR12 and there is no even such action for ActivateSheet like "Open QlikView document".

It seems that better to use text object or button for this purpose.

Hi Andrei,

Though the OnActivateSheet trigger is not working to open a New QVW, but we surely have this option. Check here below.

Anyways I can achieve opening a new document through Button. But I really had wanted to do it from Tab itself

I'm using QlikView 11 SR10 and there is "Open QlikView document"

But, in version 11 reference manual, pag 556

Open QlikView Document

Opens the specified document. The file extension must be included. (Not available as document

and sheet trigger.)
