OnPostReload trigger doesn't run completely

Hi,

I've created a macro to send a chart object of my document in excel format by email.

I launch this macro as an 'on post reload' trigger.  This works fine when I manually reload my document on the server, but when I try it in the QMC or with a bat file, the excel file gets created but the mail is not send.

I've set the security of the macro to system access.

Can anyone help me with this?  We use QlikView 11.20.

Did you check the test mails from QMC is triggered successfully.

Yes, mails from QMC work fine.

But the trigger doesn't.
