Only display values greater than 2 in list box

Hey guys,

New to Qlikview.

Is it possible to only display values on a list box depending on how many times I have it on my excel file?

I have this excel file that has a client ID twice, and i want to display that on my list box and hide whatever is less than 2.

Thanks in advance.

Interesting question John.

Just experimenting on this what I found if result is static value then it display in list box.

for example if(count(<field_name>)>1,'Y'). and result will be Y.

But when your using if(count(<field_name>)>1,<field_name>) it finds too many values.

According to me qlikview internally use only function which expect one output. if it get more than one different it will return null hence list might showing blank.

Again this is just guess.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Kiran, I should have tested it. I admit my laptop died and bought a new one and have not had the chance to install QlikView desktop yet. To my point about the use of aggr...in this case I see how it should work. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. And, my suggestion does as you mention. Since there are >2 fields it just lists all fields...not the question originally posed.
