Open in server issue

Hi all,

I have my Qlikview server on DMS Authorization and Custom Authentication and when I try to open a .qvw file using "Open in Server", I get asked a username and password which I put in. However I get an error message as follows:

Connected to Server OK, No reply received

Switching to HTTP tunneling

Connected to server OK, Security settings denies access

Please help.
