Order by in script

I am trying to sort the data below.

The sort order should be 1, 2 and 3.

This is what a have:

145	2008-05-05	10610001
145	2008-05-05	4612A
145	2008-10-16	611015
145	2009-03-20	10610001

This is what I want to have:

145	2007-10-15	4612A
145	2008-05-05	4612A

145	2008-10-16	611015
145	2009-03-20	10610001

Have can I sort this in the script?
