Overall Average and StDev from table

Hi All,

I've got the below table which is the performance by person by hour in a day.  I'm trying to get the average and stdev by person and hour.

What I want to get via set analysis is the average and stdev per person per hour for the whole table.

In the above table the total is 1408.4 and the average is 28.74.  The tricky thing in this is the hour is part of a drill down group so goes Month / Day / Hour and the Person is based on another drill down so goes Location / Manager / Legal Name.

The ultimate output i'm looking to produce is the below chart showing upper and lower control limits based on the above data table.
