PDF Distribution issue

Hello,

My company buy the license for PDF distribution. I'm trying to use it. I have seen a lot of documentations on community and try it but I have never received an email with the PDF. I have tried a lot of things..

We are not using AD. This is not a problem from SMTP because I received mails when an application reload with an error.

In scheduler, I have a "Warning" but nothing is explicited :

Please attach more info from the Tasklog.

And set loglevel to debug on Distribution Service under system in QMC

There is no warning like I described before because I change on Override server email to a real mail

Can you get the task log?

You are talking about logs in the scheduler ?

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log

You have a log for each task you are running.(if 2008) 2003 is under Documents And Settings.

Finally found

Override E-mail was not empty !

To send email this field must be empty
