Partial Reload vs Incremental Load

Hi, I would like to the diff b/w partial and incremental load ?

Partial Reload - Loads only the full table along with the ADD or REPLACE prefix and not the records

Incremental Load - Loads oly the records and not the full table.

Is this right ? I would like to know when to use the partial reload ahead of Incremental load?

What is meant by partial reload? What is its use? Please explain!

Basically, Partial Reload reloads some tables and lets the other ones still the same and Incremental Load will load all the QVW tables, but based normally of some date to only get additional records and concatenate with the already existing QVDs for example.
