Performance Logs Query - VMCommitted(mb) and CPULoad Field ?

Hi,

Just wanted to understand purpose of below fields from Performance Log :-

1. VMCommitted (MB) - I verified from updated Log (Current Minute) that value mentioned here is less than Actual RAM Value of Server.

Why is there a difference between 2 values ?

2. CPU Load Field - Does it represents Average CPU Usage % for that period (i.e. minutes in my case) ?
