Pie Chart Colour Issue

Hi guys!

I have a situation with a pie chart. In my table i have an identifier numer field ('ficha.incidente1') and another field which is the category that 'ficha.incidente1' belongs to.

Due to some input problems, a few registers have no category filled up. So I would like to show all this in a chart. But then I came across a weird colour problem. The 'no category' part of the chart insists on repeating the first colour I set to the pie chart.

Does anyone knows how to deal with it?
