Pie Chart % Display

Hi All,

I have a fields like Agent Number , Policy issued  and Policy expired .I am using variable for calculating the eligibility % (formula is

(Policy issued)/(Policy Expired)).Now I have to draw the pie chart which has to display like in below image. The below image showing the count of agents  having Eligibility % between 1-20% and 21-40% etc.. How to do this .

Please can any one help me for resolving this.

You can do this by creating a banding column or table & link it to eligibility %. if possible provide sample data will work
