Pie chart error or bug or limitation

I attached the file where it has one pie chart , I want to know how it works in terms of representing values.

use dimension limits and change the chart to a nice desc sorted bar chart. That will bring more value to your clients.

I don't want solution to this problem.but I want the reason behind it.

The reason is far too many dimension values.

No software can handle that in a pie chart
