Pivot Table/ Condition cumulate subtotal

Hi, I'm new with Qlikview.

I want to make a pivot table with only dates of 2013, as this example:

Name	N. Emplyee	Start Date	End Date	Days Work	Condition
A   Worker	58	03/03/2013	20/08/2013	77	1
	71	01/06/2013	16/08/2013	78
	75	05/09/2013	30/11/2013	78
Total				233
B   Worker	59	06/03/2013	31/08/2013	155	1
	77	06/09/2013	26/11/2013	78
Total				233
Total					2

For every worker I want to show only his employer-employee relationship for the 2013, and sum the days of work (Days Work field).

If total sums of "Days Work" is more than 180, I set "1" in the "Condition" field.

Then, I'd like to sum all values of "Condition" field.
