Pivot Table Hierarchy - one leaf shows expanded

Hi,

I've created a pivot table with a collapsed hierarchy. For some reason however, on of the top level elements shows all of the contained values even though it isn't expanded (still shows '+'). All the other top level elements are working as expected. If I click the '+' it changes to a '-' as if it was expanded, but with no other effect. Clicking again doesn't collapse it either:

Anyone else come across anything like this?

Dear Rory,

you can right click on your pivot table and then collapse all or expand all.
