Hi - I'm in Pivot Table Madness right now. I'm trying to calculate a Weighted Avg by multipling two differnent % of Total Calculations. I can come up with the correct numbers but having issues displaying it as a Pivot or Straight Table because I don't want to show one of the dimensions that is used in the calcuation. I've attached an example - any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
The following may help.
Thanks for your assistance but unfortunately that didn't work. What's happening is that it's aggregating the Total Units at the Product Brand level vs. breaking out the totals by Customer. Once you aggregate the data by ProductBrand, the calculation does not match up. For example, Product1 = 2.85% vs. what it should calculate which is 3.01% because we actually need a sum of the rows in a Pivot table.
Is that possible to calcuate the Sum of the rows in a Pivot Table? Thanks!
Does anyone have another option - should I move that calculation to the Scripting side? Thanks!
