Pivot Table count Issue

I am facing the issue to get Count of the Values in the Pivot Table

Please explain in simple words and amount of words.

See in that pivot Table I have Values By Month wise

I need The Total Count of Values  for Nov and Dec Month Together .

Required Out Put as Above Table.
