Pivot Table (dynamic row restriction)

Hi,

I have a kind of advanced question. Is it possible to create a pivot table that hide row values depening on the number of dimension values? This combined with that the totals still should be summed up for all dimensions.

I attach a principle example. I dont want to restrict my dimensions since then i dont get the full total. Any ideas?
