Hi All,
I need to format my pivot table so it looks like more like the above. I can't figure out how to do it. I've tried every trick in the bag. I currently have the bottom and need to alter so it can resemble like the one above.
Please provide assistance.
Place cursor on monthyear column (shows blue arrow)and Drag over count column
Wait isn't this how it was when we did it in the last post?
Like this I mean
Can you provide some sample data or sample qvw?

Simply by using Pivot Table, you can't achieve this... Use Straight Table.
Place cursor on monthyear column (shows blue arrow)and Drag over count column
Hi
try to drag the Dimension that you want to set as column
to do that you need to click and hold the left button then move the mouse to the upper side of the table
you will see a blue line that shows where you want to put the dimension
Drag MonthYear to the corner and it should be pivoted
Yes I need to make a new one just like it. It's a pivot table but I don't know how to display it in that fashion.
@aaqureshi2010is this what you want?
I think it was clear from your question that you don't want rows having null or 0 values.
i.e. for MONTHYEAR Oct 2015, you don't need line for MonthYear Oct 2015.
Correct me if I am wrong... otherwise accept my apology for misunderstanding your question.
I need to have the months colored differently in the table for each row horizontally? Sep 2015 to Feb 2016. Can someone provide insights.
Thanks,
