Pivot Table

Hi Friends

In my qv  Document I have  a pivot table which works well except for the last column.  When I select Year 2020 and month Jan data that should appear in last column of my pivot table is policies relating PERIODTO SHOULD BE  202002. But it gives some other figures. Kindly help me to correct. I have attached QV docment  and records that should appear in last column is shown bellow ( in yellow)
