Pivot Table??

I make a pivot table showing above, now I want to Compare Q2 with Q1, Q3 with Q2 and Q4 with Q3. I want to subtraction from the same and show into a new column.

Please help.

And you can easily do it with set analysis

in 'utilaization' column if we subtract 81.08 - 82.96. we get sum value. Like this I want to subtract values from there previous values
