Pivot table- get previous value

Good day all,

I have a pivot table with 4 dimensions one being random dates, this date field forms the column headings. Some of the rows may have a value for a certain date and for the same row there may be a 0 value for one or more of the date columns. I need to populate the 0 rows with the previous non 0 value..
