Pivot table how to add last column as Overall Total Amount ?

Hi All

I have a pivot table which is convert from straight table. Now working fine .

May i know how to insert one more column beside >181

Display the overall total amount.

Total Amt

383,117

8,757

-20,582

541

2,194

13,298

2,001

etc

Total amount sum up all the whole row amount from 1-30 till >181.

Overall total should display 383,117
