Now I can open you file, and see what the problem is. I thought you wanted to move totals from bottom to top, but in fact you couldn't get totals at all.
To fix, go to the tab "Style", and uncheck "indent mode". After this, you can use "show partial sums" (Presentation tab). Now you can check the intend mode agin, if you need it.
I cannot open your application for some reason. anyway, there are radio-buttons "subtotals" on the properties Presentation tab, whre you can choose "subtotals on top".

I wanted to have sum of the Quarter filed (Which I used as dimension). Follwed ur steps as u mentioned here and it worked as expected. But the problem is for the Total Column(Partial Sum), am getting the font color of the field as well as the values in Bold and the background for this column in Grey.
I want the field values to be displayed in regular color and the background should be white.
