Pivot table with percentages and variances

Hello:

I was wondering if there is anyway to create a pivot table that looks like this?

I've found some examples using a straight table and formatted via the load script but nothing for a pivot table. I've used the "dimensionality" function in the past but speculate it would create some very large expressions in this case, if I could possibly get it to work...

Any suggestions?
