Pivoting,rolling - help please

Hi everyone,

I am trying to get the output based on raw data as per attached.

Raw data is after several transformations and from here getting to output is a nightmare and I don't know how to do it. Any help is appreciated

Attached excel file has the raw data/definition/expected output. Can you please help?
