Pop-up labels not showing in Qlik server?

Greetings Everyone,

I created a scatter chart with an Info expression marked as "Text as Pop-Up" to display my information in a clean way, and disabled the Pop-Up labels in the Presentation Tab of the Chart properties.

The pop-up labels defined by the Info Expression are then correctly displayed in my PC, both in normal view and webview.

However,  when i distribute the application in the Qlik Server the labels are not showing in the Access Point.

Has anyone already encountered this problem?

If so, can you please help me solve it?

The Qlikview version of my PC is:

Version 11.2 SR11 64-bit Edition

The Qlikview version of the Server is:

Version 11.2 SR10 64-bit Edition

Turns out i had the wrong version, i'm sorry.

My Qlikview server version was Version 11.2 SR8 64-bit Edition and not Version 11.2 SR10 64-bit Edition.

The Custom Pop up labels not showing was indeed a Qlikview Bug corrected in SR10.
