Position of the Pop-Up in Chart

Hi,

     I have a Bubble Chart wherin I am Showing a Pop up based on the Click of a Bubble.

    The issue right now is on whatever bubble I click the pop up is coming at some random position.

    But what I need is the Popup to come at a position where I click that is based on the Bubble I click.

    So is it possible for me to capture the position of the Click

    Please let me know if this can be done.
