Post upgrade Qlikview 11 SR2 existing dashboard doesn't show images on textboxes.

Hi all,

I recently upgraded from Qlikview 10 SR3 to Qlikview 11 SR2 Developer.

Now I had few dashboards which had images  for logo and some other images which appears to have no images at all, If I right click and see the property of the text box the image is shown in the textbox properties background images but doesn't shows in dashboard.

I have removed and installed Qlikview 11 SR2 again but of no use. Any body have experienced such an issue.

Thanks in advance

I'm having the same problem. All images company logo at the top of applications disappeared. All these images are loaded into the object itself "Text Object" as background image. Do you already have any solution for this problem?

Hi,

As far as i know you will again need to link the Image to the document. Meaning again open that image from the Peroperties of text box -> Image ->Change

Hummm... no. I try to create a new app, just with the images. .PNG and .JPG.  No one is shown.  I Try to create a image with a text, in Desktop the text is shown at the same time the image. On the server (browser access), jut the text is show. The images are not links, are build in with the application.

As you recommended (another post) I change from IE Plugin to AJAX. No result. Try to boot the server. No result.

Still trying...

Solved for me.

I contacted my support and they instructed us (and provided the link) to install the latest version of the product. I installed version 11.0.11440.0 and the images are back on display.
