Print report - very basic question

can anyone tell me what I have to enter in the "printer name" field if I want to add a "print report" action to a button?

Hi, You have to give your Printer Name, on which you want to print,

that is on your network, or to which you are connected like,  HP LJ300-300 COLOR MFP....ANS SO

qlikview will search for this printer on network, if found then will send the report to print..

Enter the printer name here as you see it on the print dialog. Or leave it empty to send to the default printer.

Hi swuehl,

I think that's going to be best: Setting the pdf_creator as default_printer for QlikView. I just have to look for that setting.

=> The people who want to print a report can just as well print the resulting pdf as the pdf_creator is installed everywhere.
