I am not 100% sure, but I don't think there is a watermark option from within QV (except the so called watermark created by the test server to indicate that a test license is used, which you can't disable).
But depending on your printer driver / pdf creator, these drivers often have a feature that allows adding a watermark. But since this is driver depending, you need to check with the printer / pdf creator manual.
