Problem in Base Year wise Dynamic records Generation

Hi Guru's

Logic :if(Year)>=2015, as per contract Term it should generate records

Airtel Project base Year(Start year)=2013 ->its Less than 2015 then one record

TATA Docomo Project base Year(Start year)=2014->less than 2015 then 2 records(as Source entry)

Vodafone project base Year(Start year)=2015->=2015 then 3 records because 3 Years Contract

Issue:TATA Docomo Project base year is 2014 its less than 2015 but in source file they entered 2 records

       Then 2014,2015 records are came

     as per logic base Year >=2015  it will generate rows based on contract term(2 Year).so 2016 record is coming ,that is not required .

need to display 2 records only for TATA Docomo Project(2014,2015)
